When purchasing a locking cylinder, I was advised in great detail and very well. Unfortunately, it later turned out that the cylinder was not needed after all, which was definitely my mistake. It was taken back without any issues and my money was refunded. Top customer service, just as one would wish.👍👍👍

I had a question, was in the store to get information on how I could solve the problem. The person behind the counter was not deterred from his card playing. He answered my questions very tersely and continued to play in the meantime. When I asked him if he was playing cards, he confirmed it while looking at the screen in a clicking manner... A no go...
